About PHC Family Directory Approval
Why do I need approval?
Anyone can create an account or sign in to the PHC website. However, for the privacy of the families that attend our church, our technical staff must approve any new accounts created before you can see the PHC Family Directory.
How do I get approval?
As soon as you sign up for an account (or sign in with Facebook for the first time), an email is sent to the technical staff. One of administrators will review your account within 24 hours. (Often with minutes!) If they approve your account for access to the directory, you'll get an email letting you know. Once you're approved, the Family Directory will appear under the "Connect" menu at the top of the page.
